Calendar

/calendar shows dated work across the workspace. The calendar has no events of its own: each date belongs to something that already exists, changes there, and shows only to people who can open it.

What it shows

Issue due dates, milestones and decision deadlines are not on the calendar yet; they join when the API serves them by date range. A date is shown only when its routine is in your routine list. Times are in your browser’s time zone; a schedule that runs in another zone shows both times in its peek.

Views

  • Week (default on a desktop) — the seven days with only the hours that have something in them, and a line at the current time this week. A busy hour shows three items and +N, which opens that day’s agenda.
  • Agenda (default on a phone) — the next two weeks from the chosen day, Today and Tomorrow first; empty days are left out, and a routine with many planned starts in a day reads as one row (×N, first–last time).
  • Month — whole weeks; three items a day, +N more, and a red dot on a day where a run could not finish.
‹ Today › moves by the view. The view and the day are in the URL (/calendar?view=month&date=2026-10-15), so a reload or a shared link opens the same page.

Panel

  • Views — Mine (routines you published) or Workspace; keys 1 and 2. The choice is remembered for you (calendar.view preference).
  • Crews — narrows to the routines a crew authored.
  • Filter › Status — the Filter button opens the facets inside the panel, under the search (Esc closes them). At risk (a run that could not finish), Waiting for someone, Planned, Done. Nothing checked means everything; active filters show as chips you can remove.
  • Search (/) looks through the dates already loaded.
Above the views, Need you soon lists up to four runs that wait for a person or failed today.

Peek and actions

Click an item to open its peek (J / K move, Esc closes): when it is, why you see it, and where the date comes from.

Add a date

Add a date › A routine start (or a click on an empty hour in Week) opens Schedule a start:
  • One time — a day and a time; the start joins the routine’s queue (POST …/pipelines/{slug}/run with fire_at) and uses the published version.
  • Repeating — a schedule with presets or a cron expression and a time zone; the next three starts come from the server (GET …/pipeline-schedules/preview). Only Owner, Admin, Manager or members with the routine.create capability can add one; for everyone else Repeating is a disabled choice with the reason under it.

From the command line

Routines › Calendar keeps its own view and links to this page with Open in Calendar.
